Skincare company Medik8 has unveiled the Total Moisture Daily Face Cream, a new AM/PM mutli-layered moisturiser.
The new moisturiser followsMedik8’s H.E.O. framework which has been designed to balance the hydrator, emollient and occlusive ratio. With the addition of prebiotic peptides, the company says that the multi-action formula provides skin barrier and microbiome support both morning and night. The product has received the National Eczema Association (NEA) Seal of Acceptance in the US, and following the launch, it will be added to the NEA’s Eczema Product Directory.
Aligning with Medik8’s sustainability goals, the Total Moisture Daily Face Cream also comes with the company’s first refillable pod which uses 94% less packaging than the original jar.
Daniel Isaacs, chief product officer at Medik8, said, “We’ve selected the most powerful moisturising ingredients known, to create the most effective daily moisturiser possible. This includes a powerful prebiotic peptide and essential lipids and ceramides, which work to support and replenish the skin barrier for optimal skin health.”
