Nockolds Solicitors launches complaint resolution service

Nockolds Solicitors has debuted the new Complaints Resolution Service, geared towards patient dispute management.

The company shares that the service will provide mediation in a variety of issues including care concerns, contractual disputes, statutory consumer rights, payment disputes, patient relationship issues and negligence claims.

The firm has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in healthcare settings, handling more than 6,000 healthcare-related mediations per year, according to the company.

Jennie Jones, head of the resolution team at Nockolds, said, “With our new Complaints Resolution Service, we can provide private healthcare companies of all sizes with the resources and experience to resolve complaints.
