Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) training provider PRP Pure has announced two new injectables to officially launch at the Clinical Cosmetic Regenerative Congress (CCR) 2026.
The first launch taking place is EXOBIOFILLER, an autologous biofiller designed as an alternative to conventional dermal fillers. PRP Pure shares that it combines autologous PRP, injectable exosomes and patient-derived regenerative components to promote natural-looking volumisation and tissue rejuvenation.
The second release is EXOPRP, a PRP treatment enhanced with autologous injectable exosomes, the company shares. The technology combines PRP with patient-derived exosomes to support regenerative and aesthetic applications, according to PRP Pure.
