Practice management software Collums is continuing to serve customers after worry of loss of funding.
With uncertainty in the global financial landscape, the company’s funding was withdrawn at short notice, leading founder Dr Askari Townshend to pause Collums until further funding could be found.
Despite this, within 48 hours, Dr Townshead shares that a turnaround plan was finalised to secure the future of Collums. All existing customers will have their service continue as normal with new customers able to join an interest list, but new sign-ups are paused until further notice.
Dr Townshend said,
“I’ve been overwhelmed with the support I’ve received not just from our
customers but the community as a whole – there clearly is still a strong need
for quality clinical software for aesthetic practitioners. I’m sorry for the
worry and disruption we have caused our customers over the last 48 hours, but
am very happy to be able to let them know that business will continue as normal
for them. Our future is secure and we look forward to opening our doors to new
customers in the coming months.”
