Digital agency Blow Media has introduced BlowBot, a new online enquiry system.
BlowBot has been designed to drive online enquiries for clinics to answer queries and book appointments from visitors to a clinic’s website, explains Blow Media. The company states that BlowBot has been shown to increase enquires by an average of 240%.
Tracey Prior, operations manager at Blow Media, said, “We’ve been working on BlowBot for over a year now and it’s been discreetly tested on around 80 clinics. The product is bespoke to each clinic depending on their sales process and doesn’t need to be manned. It can take bookings, payments, give information, gather data, and upsell. BlowBot is exclusive to Blow Media and we see this as a product that will quickly become cemented in our arsenal.”
