Software solution company Phorest will be hosting its annual Salon Owners Summit on January 25-26 at The Dublin Royal Convention Centre.
Celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Phorest shares that the headline speakers include beauty specialist and aesthetics ambassador for the British Beauty Council, Caroline Hirons, who will be delivering a talk titled ‘Building a High-Performing Salon Culture’, defining the essential standards, structure and staff environment required to scale a successful aesthetic clinic business. Joining Hirons is TV personality and activist Katie Piper, who will be delivering a session titled ‘Resilience and Vision: The Power of Perspective’, discussing personal and professional resilience to help delegates maintain a clear business vision. Among Hirons and Piper are other speakers discussing a range of topics, including the ethics surrounding AI, as well as patient experience.
Phorest also highlights that it plans to launch PhorestAI at the summit, a brand-new functionality that the company shares will support clinic’s and salon’s business while maintaining brand integrity and client experience.
Luke Doolin, Phorest country manager UK&I commented, “Our Salon Owners Summit has always been about helping business owners grow with confidence, and 2026 is no different. This year’s theme, ‘Thrive: The human experience powered by technology’, really captures what we’re seeing across the specialty, which is a desire to embrace innovation, including AI, without losing the heart of great patient care. Over the two days, we’re bringing together world-class speakers, practical growth strategies and our most exciting technology developments yet, all designed to help clinic owners build stronger, more resilient businesses.”
