Clinic-first skin-preparation brand prept has launched professional hypochlorous (HOCl) solution system prept GO and prept PRO in the UK.
Developed to modernise clinical skin preparation, prept shares it is a high-purity, pH-balanced system designed for use by medical aesthetics professionals, with prept PRO used in clinic and prept GO for at-home post-procedure use. According to the company, the formula contains purified water and medical-grade sodium chloride, and with a near-neutral pH of 6.25-7.4, it has been created with biological compatibility in mind.
Aesthetic practitioner and co-founder of prept Dr Kam Lally commented, “Before and after any aesthetic procedure, I want the purest, most biologically compatible option available. When I couldn’t find it, I decided to formulate my own. prept exists to challenge the assumption that all HOCl is equal, and to raise category standards to the level clinics and patients should expect and deserve.”
