Medical aesthetics company SkinHealth Systems, developer of treatment Hydrafacial, has launched microneedling and nano-needling system SkinStylus.

According to SkinHealth Systems, the device combines a high-speed motor with adjustable depth settings, and three dedicated, single-use cartridge options. This format aims to support both microneedling and nano-needling, providing practitioners with the ability to tailor treatments across different concerns.

According to the company, SkinStylus is available with three cartridge options to accommodate different treatment areas and applications. The 12-pin cartridge is intended for focused treatment of smaller or targeted areas, while the 36-pin cartridge is designed for broader treatment areas requiring greater coverage. The 57-pin nano cartridge provides a needle-free nano-needling option for treatment of the epidermis. The company adds that SkinStylus will be integrating into existing Hydrafacial provider practices, supported by Hydrafacial CONNECT training and consistent education.

Tanja Wirz, senior vice president of international sales at SkinHealth Systems, commented, “At Hydrafacial, we always have the modern aesthetic practice in mind, which informed the design of SkinStylus. Ultimately, SkinStylus gives practices the flexibility to do more, while making their investment work harder for their business.”
