Heliocare to launch new sun protection products

Written by...

Skincare company Heliocare is adding three new SPF products to its portfolio.

According to the company, the Heliocare 360 Pigment Solution Fluid helps prevent and correct hyperpigmentation caused by sun damage. The product contains niacinamide to inhibit the transfer of melanin while ellagic acid reduces melanin synthesis. The SPF also has fernblock, an antioxidant that defends the skin from environmental damage, explains Heliocare. The light fluid is also tinted to help unify the skin tone and mask dark areas and is suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types I-IV.

The Heliocare 360 Age Active helps to prevent and correct the visible signs of ageing such as lines and a dull complexion, explains the company. Ingredients include hyaluronic acid to firm and hydrate, serine to stimulate production of natural skin hydrators, and trehalose to hydrate and protect against oxidative stress. The product features a soft-focus complex to diffuse light and tint to even the skin tone.

Heliocare outlines that the Heliocare 360 MD AK Fluid contains a combination of ingredients for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of actinic keratosis and non-melanoma skin cancer, including powerful antioxidant and DNA protection and repair activity.

The new products will be available at the end of August via the Heliocare website.
