The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) has published its survey of aesthetic procedures performed in 2025.

Drawing on responses from 2,900 plastic surgeons worldwide, botulinum toxin remained the most popular non-surgical procedure, followed by hyaluronic acid (HA) treatments and non-surgical skin tightening. Of these three categories, only skin tightening increased compared with 2024.

Botulinum toxin procedures fell by 7%, while HA procedures declined by 25.2%. Overall, the survey recorded a 14.7% decrease in non-surgical procedures worldwide. Across surgical and non-surgical procedures combined, the percentage change from 2024 was -7.7% for women and -14.1% for men.
