Skincare retailer Face the Future has announced a strategic partnership with global skincare training platform Skin Masterclass.

Face the Future says the collaboration provides Skin Masterclass members with a trusted e-commerce fulfilment channel, aiming to create a new route to market for clinician-led product recommendations.

The partnership has been designed to address a growing opportunity within the specialty, enabling independent aestheticians and clinicians to recommend retail products without the commercial, logistical or stock holding challenges traditionally associated with retailing. Under the partnership, clinicians trained by Skin Masterclass can direct patients to Face the Future, where product fulfilment, customer experience and ongoing engagement are managed centrally, according to the company.
