On November 11 and 12, aesthetic distributor HA-Derma held a cadaver training course on optimal facial injection areas and danger zones.
The event, which took place at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, provided medical professionals with learning from consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon Mr Jeff Downie, consultant cleft and maxillofacial Surgeon Mr Mark Devlin and aesthetic practitioner Dr Beatriz Molina, who used live dissections to provide insight into how to inject safely and optimise results.
After the event, nurse practitioner and attendee Dionne Fowles-O’Brien remarked, “I feel privileged to share such in-depth facial anatomy education with a wonderful group of medical practitioners. Thank you for another fantastic experience. It is very important to keep my patients safe through expert training and education.”
