A survey carried out by Statista has revealed that IBSA Pharmaceutici Italia is ranked eighth in the ‘Italy’s Best Employers 2022.’
The ranking, published by Corriere della Sera newspaper, rewards the best companies in Italy who have the highest employee satisfaction at work.
According to the company, the ranking includes 400 companies, and a piece of the public sector, which includes hospitals, universities, and research centres. Statista questioned thousands of workers on a voluntary basis with questions about their company.
Gabriele Gabrielli, professor of Luiss of Confindustria business school, said, “After the disorientation of a year ago, today there is a greater awareness but also prudence in designing new organisational configurations. The truth is that no one really knows what the workers want. To retain valid people today, companies must offer guarantees on the balance between life and work.”
