Aesthetic practitioner Dr Vix Manning has launched ReSolve Age, a consumer app designed to help users track inflammation and support healthy ageing.
Dr Manning explains that the app uses personal health data to generate a daily ReSolve Score, which she says is intended to highlight areas of health that may need attention.
The platform follows five stages: Reveal, establishing a baseline from the user’s data; Remove, identifying potential contributors to inflammatory load; Restore, focusing on nutrients, gut health and sleep; Rebuild, which Dr Manning says supports cellular resilience, collagen, mitochondrial function and energy; and Resilience, aimed at maintaining improvements over time.
The ReSolve Score draws on data users choose to connect, including Apple Health, wearable devices and continuous glucose monitors, as well as blood test results where available. Rather than providing a diagnosis, Dr Manning says the score is designed to act as a guide across areas including nutrition, movement, recovery and sleep, skin and biomarkers.
She commented, “How you age on the outside is a direct reflection of what’s happening on the inside. I built ReSolve Age around the same principle I use with patients in clinic every day: test before you guess. Testing reveals. Action reverses. Results prove.”
