Artist, creative director and brand developer Russell Turner has released new publication Believe Able.
According to Turner, Believe Able aims to offer healthcare and aesthetic professionals a practical framework for strengthening self-belief, overcoming limiting patterns and reconnecting with their professional and personal identity. Turner shares that the 17-day guided programme combines reflection, emotional intelligence and actionable behaviour change to help individuals navigate pressure, build confidence and lead with greater authenticity.
The publication explores the mindset factors that influence performance, resilience and patient relationships. Turner shares the book provides valuable insights for professionals operating in today’s demanding healthcare and aesthetics landscape.
Turner commented, “Most people do not need to become someone completely different. They need to rediscover the parts of themselves that have been lost, forgotten, hidden, doubted, ignored or talked over. In high-pressure professional environments, it is incredibly easy to lose sight of our core identity. Believe Able is not about ‘fixing’ yourself because you are not broken; it is about cutting through the noise and becoming more you.”
